people said the drinks included where also bad. every chicken dish where scaps of meat on the bones from the main body of the chicken !honestly lots of veg dishes mixed into somesort of stir fry ? Tin fruit ,sadly i could go on. Just home from a two week stay ,half board so glad we did not go All inclusive as the food was very poor Quality not 4star for sure ,tastless or over cooked ,raw on occasions. It just seems like a very impersonal place with no soul. The hotel should not be in the TUI platinum programme and they should down grade it to a 3 star as that would be more in line with the overall experience. We did not stay in the hotel at night for the entertainment, just not our thing. Probably the worst 4 star hotel food we’ve ever had, they really let themselves down. The evening meal was consistently beyond dreadful so we didn’t bother ever having lunch in the hotel. The views are in fact the best part of the hotel.
We always managed to get a seat outside with the lovely views. We were on HB and to be fair the breakfast was pretty good. We did however find the room quiet and we got some great nights sleep. Room was very small however spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows lovely. €33.50 for the tourist tax, €30 euros for the safe + €10 deposit, €10 deposit for each of the pool towels, €10 euros a day each to use the rooftop pool… and a wait until 15.00 to get into the room. Upon arrival there was no attempt to offer a warm welcome, rather an intention to “process” everyone as quickly as possible.
